Noelia Cobo has converted a 19th-century building, which was once the important La Cavada store, into a bar restaurant with identical doses of flavour and personality. Flavour, because it maintains its original structure and features, such as the white marble bar, and personality through its owner’s food and wine choices. She is the soul of this establishment, which basically uses seasonal local products from the land and sea. Cheeses from here and there and a very interesting wine cellar.
